Orders and payment
All orders are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of order through the website.
Delivery
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. We aim to ship within 2 working days of ordering.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. If there is a delay, we will contact you.
Returns and cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.
To cancel an order, contact us within this period and return the item in its original condition.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faults and warranty
If a product develops a fault under normal use, please contact us with details of the issue.
Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
We will advise on return and arrange repair or replacement as appropriate.
Use of products
Products are designed for professional audio use.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect power supply, or modification.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Compatibility disclaimer
The CAi-2 is designed to interface with comms systems via headset connections commonly used in the industry. However, wiring configurations may vary between manufacturers and systems.
TBA Engineering does not guarantee compatibility with all comms systems or headset port configurations without the use of appropriate adaptor cables or wiring.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific equipment prior to use.
